This policy (“Policy”) sets out the procedures, responsibilities, and applicable fees related to customers (“You” or “Customer”) refusing to accept orders that have been dispatched and delivered by Lumexa Decor (“We,” “Us,” “Our”).
1.1 If a delivered order is refused by the Customer, the Customer will be responsible for the consequences and costs outlined in this Policy.
2.1 In the event of refusal, Lumexa Decor reserves the right to recover all expenses incurred for the shipment and handling of the order. This includes, but is not limited to, packaging, transportation, and delivery costs.
2.2 A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will be applied to cover the costs associated with returning the products to our inventory, including any repackaging or refurbishment.
2.3 The Customer will also be liable for any additional expenses resulting from the refusal, such as supplementary shipping charges, storage fees, or other related costs (“Associated Expenses”).
3.1 By placing an order with Lumexa Decor, the Customer agrees to accept full responsibility for the costs and fees outlined in this Policy if they refuse a delivered order.
4.1 Lumexa Decor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
By placing an order with Lumexa Decor, You acknowledge and agree to this Policy. If You do not agree with any part of this Policy, You should refrain from placing an order.
This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions of Sale and should be read in conjunction with them. In case of any conflict between this Policy and the general terms and conditions, the provisions of this Policy will take precedence.
